Step-by-step installation of electric car charging stations

Designing the installation: The installer, based on the information gathered and the selected charger type, prepares a design for the charger installation and a quote for the entire project. Installation of the charging station: This step involves routing the cables to the station and setting up the charger in the designated location. A power cable is routed from the distribution board to the installation site, and a protection box is installed to serve the charging station. The unit itself must then be installed. There are 2 ways of doing this.

A mounting bracket and screws are supplied with the charger so that the charging station can be fixed to the wall. Once the bracket is mounted on the wall, the charging station needs to be clipped into the bracket and secured with a lock.
The second way is to mount it on a pole. For this, you will need to purchase a special pedestal that will enable the charger to be placed stably. Then, using screws and wall plugs, screw the pedestal to the ground. Once the charger is mounted on the pedestal, all you need to do is connect it to the power supply and then to your car, of course observing all safety standards. The installation of the station is always carried out with the power switched off.

Commissioning and testing: Once the charging station has been installed, the commissioning and testing stage follows. This will allow us to check the correct operation of the station and quickly detect any faults that need to be repaired.
