Prosument Lokatorski – dofinansowanie dla wspólnot i spółdzielni mieszkaniowych oraz TBS-ów

O PROGRAMIE “PROSUMENT LOKATORSKI”

Ministerstwo Rozwoju i Technologii ogłosiło wprowadzenie programu, który ma zachęcić Polaków do korzystania z energii odnawialnej. Program o nazwie “Prosument Lokatorski” jest skierowany do wspólnot i spółdzielni mieszkaniowych oraz TBS-ów. Oferuje on dopłaty do instalacji paneli fotowoltaicznych w budynkach wielolokalowych.

Dzięki temu programowi, podmioty te będą mogły odzyskać 100% energii przekazywanej do systemu energetycznego oraz otrzymać 50% dofinansowania na instalację paneli fotowoltaicznych.

 

ZASADY

Podmiot zarządzający budynkiem wielolokalowym (np. wspólnota mieszkaniowa) będzie mógł zainwestować w większą instalację energii odnawialnej niż jest potrzebna dla części wspólnej budynku. Tylko ta część energii, która zostanie wykorzystana w części wspólnej budynku, będzie objęta autokonsumpcją. Cała nadmiarowa energia, która zostanie oddana do sieci, będzie rozliczana co miesiąc ze sprzedawcą energii według cen hurtowych. Kwota ta będzie wpływać na konto właściciela. Pozwoli to na zmniejszenie kosztów utrzymania budynku, a oszczędności będą mogły zostać przeznaczone na modernizację, remont lub inne potrzeby. Podmiot zarządzający budynkiem będzie musiał zgłosić do sprzedawcy energii sposób rozliczania energii (czyli jako prosument lokatorski), a wszystko zostanie udokumentowane uchwałą o budowie instalacji.

 

GRANT NA ODNAWIALNE ŹRÓDŁA ENERGII

Program grantowy obejmuje koszty zakupu, montażu, budowy nowej instalacji OZE lub modernizacji istniejącej instalacji, w wyniku której zainstalowana moc instalacji wzrośnie o co najmniej 25%. Dofinansowanie będzie też obejmowało instalacje wspomagające, takie jak magazyny energii, pompy ciepła itp.

 

TERMIN SKŁADANIA WNIOSKU

Wnioski o dofinansowanie można składać od 1 lutego 2023 r. do Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

ABOUT THE “PROSUMER TENANT” PROGRAM

The Ministry of Development and Technology has announced the introduction of a program to encourage Poles to use renewable energy. The program, called “Prosument Lokatorski,” is aimed at housing communities and cooperatives and TBS. It offers subsidies for the installation of photovoltaic panels in multi-apartment buildings.

Thanks to this program, these entities will be able to recover 100% of the energy transferred to the energy system and receive a 50% subsid y for the installation of photovoltaic panels.

RULES

The managing entity of a multi-tenant building (e.g., a residential community) will be able to invest in a larger installation of renewable energy than is needed for the common part of the building. Only the portion of energy that will be used in the common part of the building will be covered by self-consumption. All the excess energy that will be fed back into the grid will be billed monthly to the energy seller at wholesale prices. The amount will be credited to the owner’s account. This will reduce the cost of maintaining the building, and the savings can be used for modernization, renovation or other needs. The building manager will have to report to the energy seller how the energy will be billed (that is, as a tenant prosumer), and everything will be documented by a resolution to build the installation.

RENEWABLE ENERGY GRANT

The grant program will cover the cost of purchasing, installing, building a new RES installation or upgrading an existing installation, which will increase the installed capacity of the installation by at least 25%. The grant will also cover supporting installations such as energy storage, heat pumps, etc.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Applications for funding can be submitted from February 1, 2023 to the Bank of National Economy.
